Please let us know if you think you're going to be late for your appointment - we love a bit of punctuality! Our stylists will always ensure that they're prepared, and ready for your appointment.. and if not we have some amazing hot drinks for you to wait with!!
If you're unsure of the price quoted for your products or services please ask before taking your seat, and not at the end. Our website has a pricelist and our staff will be more than happy to assist you.
We're very good but we aren't perfect - If you're unhappy with your hair our team will do everything in our power to find and outcome, which suits all parties. Please let us know within 48 hours - this gives us a chance to assist you in a timely manner. We can be contacted via phone, text, social media and email.
We will always endeavor to keep to your scheduled appointment time, however occasionally due to unforeseen circumstances we may run behind, if this happens we will always give you an expected wait time and do our best to keep to it.
We promise to carry out every service to the best of our ability. We'll never rush you or compromise your salon experience to accommodate others, so please in turn do the same for us.
During your visit to the salon if you require phone charging or WiFi just let us know - we're addicted to our phones, so there are chargers on tap!
